Come take this journey to the Azores to embody your heart’s calling from your ancestral roots.
Activate and revitalize yourself from the fire of this majestic volcanic land, be nurtured by the emerald green waters of the inland lake and lush growth. Learn about the history of the quaint European villages and how they may relate to your own and other’s ancestral stories. We will start each day with Moving in Grace, a sacred movement practice where we will drop into the surrendered depths of somatic meditation. We will renew as if in deep sleep and awaken to each day embodying the dreams of what we are called to become as we move and express into greater embodiment, connection to the land and each other. Hilary created this practice for her Masters in Divinity in Buddhist Ministry at Harvard Divinity School and has been continuing to cultivate it as an ever emerging practice integrating her studies in Buddhism, Somatic Bodywork, energetic healing work, Shamanism, improvisational dance and vocalization. Throughout the days you’ll be nourished by the delicious local Mediterranean style cuisine some of which is grown where we are staying, share our ancestral heart stories, roam into the villages and hike into the land to soak in the magic of this powerful place among so much more!
Cost: $900 total for accommodations for 5 nights Minuvida Lodge on Sao Miguel Island, gourmet cuisine for 4 days, Moving in Grace and yoga classes, a hike to the volcanic in-land Cozido Lake, airport transfers/pick-up and guidance to step into your empowered calling and activated vibrancy amidst all this beauty and splendor!
